Team Health Diagnostic
A research-backed snapshot of how your team is working.
Fifteen questions, five minutes. You’ll get your results by email right away, along with what your team does well, what’s holding it back, and where to look next.
Why Measure a Team?
Most organizations measure what teams produce. Very few measure how the team actually works, even though decades of research tell us that‘s what determines the output.
This happens partly because leaders assume they already know. But in our experience, the things that matter most are the things a leader is least positioned to see: Whether people say what they think. Whether disagreement gets resolved or quietly buried. Whether raising a problem feels worth the effort. None of it shows up in a status update, and people rarely volunteer it upward.
The research is clear that these factors can be measured, that they predict how teams perform, and that they respond when leaders act on them. What’s usually missing isn’t the will to improve. It’s the information.
This is Where We Start
The Team Health Diagnostic provides you with a brief snapshot of where you think your team stands right now. It‘s free, it takes five minutes, and you’ll get your results right away by email.
What it can’t tell you is why.
A low score on psychological safety may stem from a leader who shuts things down, a team that got burned last year, or a workload so heavy nobody has time to raise different ideas. Same score, three different problems, three different answers.
That’s the conversation worth having. Take the diagnostic, then book a call with us to work through what’s underlying your results and what would be worth doing about it. No obligation, and no pitch if the answer is that you’ve got this.
